About NSR NSR Group was founded in Ohio, U.S.A. in 1995 to utilize our knowledge of American and Japanese business cultures, and to bridge the gaps between the two different business culture. We have been providing the business process outsourcing service (BPOS), sales and marketing consulting services (SMCS) for Japan market and materials & parts sourcing services (MPSS) for the aerospace and other industry specific client's needs.
